Vehicle Rental Agreement
This Vehicle Rental Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made between 360CarMart Pte Ltd (the “Lessor”) and the renter identified below (the “Renter”) for the rental of the vehicle described.

1. Rental & period
The Lessor rents the Vehicle to the Renter for the period and rate stated. The Vehicle remains the property of the Lessor at all times.
2. Charges & deposit
Rental charges and a refundable security deposit are payable in advance. The deposit may be applied against damage, fines, excess mileage, or unpaid charges.
3. Permitted use & drivers
- Only the Renter and named additional drivers (holding valid licences) may drive.
- No use for hire/reward, racing, towing, or any illegal purpose.
- No driving outside Singapore without prior written consent.
4. Insurance & liability
The Vehicle is insured; the Renter is liable for the insurance excess and for any loss not covered (e.g. arising from unauthorised use, DUI, or breach). The Renter is responsible for all ERP, tolls, parking, and traffic fines during the rental.
5. Condition, fuel & return
The Renter returns the Vehicle at the agreed time, place, fuel level, and condition (fair wear and tear excepted). Late return is charged at the prevailing rate.
6. Breakdown & default
The Renter must report accidents/breakdowns immediately and must not authorise repairs without consent. The Lessor may repossess the Vehicle on material breach.
7. Deposit refund & governing law
The deposit, less any deductions, is refunded after return and inspection. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
