Vehicle Consignment Agreement
This Vehicle Consignment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made between the vehicle owner identified below (the “Owner”) and 360CarMart Pte Ltd (“360CarMart”). The Owner consigns the vehicle to 360CarMart to market and sell on the Owner's behalf.

1. Consignment & authority
The Owner appoints 360CarMart to market and negotiate the sale of the Vehicle during the consignment period. 360CarMart may photograph, 3D-scan, and advertise the Vehicle.
2. Reserve price & offers
360CarMart will not complete a sale below the reserve price without the Owner's written consent. The Owner will be notified of bona fide offers.
3. Custody, condition & insurance
Where the Vehicle is held by 360CarMart, it will be kept with reasonable care. The Owner confirms the Vehicle is roadworthy and insured until handover, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Owner warranties
- The Owner has clear legal title and the right to sell.
- Any outstanding finance, encumbrance, or hire-purchase is disclosed and will be discharged on sale.
- Disclosed mileage, accident, and service history are accurate.
5. Commission & payout
On a completed sale, 360CarMart deducts its commission/fee (plus GST where applicable) and remits the net proceeds to the Owner within the agreed period after cleared funds and transfer.
6. Withdrawal & term
The Owner may withdraw the Vehicle on written notice if no binding sale is in progress; a withdrawal/marketing fee may apply as stated in the Particulars.
7. Liability & governing law
360CarMart is not liable for indirect loss. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
