I/We, the owner identified below (the “Owner”), authorise 360CarMart Pte Ltd and its authorised representative to act on my/our behalf in respect of the vehicle and matters described below.

1. Authorisation
The Owner authorises the named party to act as the Owner's agent for the matters set out in the scope, for the validity period stated.
2. Powers granted
- To advertise, negotiate, and conclude the sale or consignment of the Vehicle.
- To collect, hold, and account for sale proceeds and deposits.
- To liaise with LTA, insurers, and financiers, and to submit transfer, de-registration, or COE matters.
- To sign documents reasonably necessary to give effect to the above.
3. Limitations
This authorisation does not permit the agent to act outside the stated scope or contrary to the Owner's written instructions, and does not transfer ownership except as expressly authorised.
4. Indemnity & revocation
The Owner indemnifies the agent for acts properly carried out under this authority. This authorisation may be revoked by the Owner in writing, save for commitments already made in good faith.
5. Governing law
This Letter of Authorisation is governed by the laws of Singapore.
