Employment Agreement
This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made between 360CarMart Pte Ltd (the “Company”) and the individual identified below (the “Employee”) and sets out the terms of the Employee's employment.

1. Appointment & duties
The Company employs the Employee in the role stated. The Employee will perform the duties of the role and other reasonable duties assigned, faithfully and to the best of their ability.
2. Remuneration & CPF
The Company pays the gross monthly salary stated, less statutory deductions, with employer/employee CPF contributions made in accordance with the CPF Act for eligible employees.
3. Probation & confirmation
Employment is subject to the probation period stated, during which either party may terminate on shorter notice. Confirmation is at the Company's discretion.
4. Hours, leave & benefits
Working hours, annual leave, sick leave, and public holidays are provided in accordance with the Employment Act and Company policy.
5. Confidentiality & IP
The Employee keeps Company and customer information confidential, and assigns to the Company all intellectual property created in the course of employment.
6. Conduct & data
The Employee complies with Company policies and the PDPA when handling personal data, including dealer and buyer information.
7. Non-solicitation
For 6 months after leaving, the Employee will not solicit the Company's dealers, customers, or staff with whom they dealt, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination & governing law
After confirmation, either party may terminate on the notice stated (or salary in lieu). The Company may terminate without notice for misconduct. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
