Dealer Onboarding & Listing Authorisation

1. Appointment & onboarding

The Dealer is onboarded as a verified dealer subject to 360CarMart's review and approval. The Dealer authorises 360CarMart to create and maintain a dealer profile and to publish the Dealer's vehicle listings on the platform and its marketing channels.

2. Listing authorisation

The Dealer grants 360CarMart a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and promote the Dealer's vehicle data, photographs, and any 3D/AR assets captured for a listing, for the purpose of marketing the vehicle until it is sold or the listing is withdrawn.

3. Dealer warranties

• The Dealer owns or is duly authorised to sell each listed vehicle.
• All listing data (price, mileage, registration, COE expiry, owners, condition) is accurate and not misleading.
• The Dealer holds a valid LTA dealer licence and complies with the Motor Vehicles (Dealers) Act and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

4. Pricing & commission

The Dealer sets the advertised price. 360CarMart's subscription and/or commission is as stated in the Particulars; GST (where applicable) is added. Commission is earned on a sale arising from a platform lead.

5. Leads & personal data

Buyer contact details are shared solely to service the specific enquiry. The Dealer must handle personal data in accordance with the PDPA and must not resell or repurpose buyer data.

6. Listing standards

Listings must meet 360CarMart's published standards. 360CarMart may suspend or remove non-compliant listings. Repeated breaches may end this Agreement.

7. Term & termination

This Agreement runs from the effective date until terminated by either party on 30 days' written notice, or immediately by 360CarMart for fraud, licence loss, or material breach.

8. Confidentiality & governing law

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, with disputes subject to the Singapore courts.
